Dobbs Truck Group Appoints Veronica Barial as Vice President of Human Resources
We are pleased to announce that Veronica Barial has accepted the role of Vice President of Human Resources for Dobbs Truck Group.
In this role, Veronica’s responsibilities include the leadership and direction of Dobbs Truck Group Human Resources including employee initiatives, hiring, benefits, and other people and culture related programs.
Veronica has over 20 years of HR leadership experience across manufacturing and multi-site operations, partnering with executive teams to drive organizational effectiveness, talent strategy, labor relations, and employee engagement. She has a proven track record of leading organizational change, building high-performing teams, and aligning HR strategies with business goals to improve efficiency, retention, and overall workforce performance.

Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her daughters, traveling, and training the youth in the sport of track and field.
