Shreveport Customer Selected as 2022 Outstanding Louisiana Logger
Dobbs Peterbilt – Shreveport valued customer, Huey D. Malmay Trucking, was selected as the 2022 Outstanding Louisiana Logger for the Louisiana Forestry Association. The 2022 Outstanding Louisiana Logger is a prestigious award dedicated to a successful logging company each year in the state of Louisiana.
The Louisiana Logger’s Association, Inc. (originally the Louisiana Wood Haulers Association 1976) was founded by a group of timbermen for the principle purpose of providing a voice for loggers and wood haulers in the State of Louisiana.
The Louisiana Logger Association’s mission is to ensure that Louisiana logging and log hauling businesses remain viable and to promote the image and profitability of its membership.

Huey exemplifies hard work, community renewal, and integrity of the highest degree. It was an honor to share the stage with him on this special night. We like to think of him as a field rep for Dobbs Peterbilt and we often use his shop, Grady Hill Repair Center, for custom work that proves to be difficult to find in this town. He and his wife, Lela, head up the Zwolle Loggers Festival every year and it is always a huge hit in the Zwolle area. He really is one of those guys that will go out of his way to help you any way he can."
