Yael Urena Promoted to Assistant Director of Service for Dobbs Truck Group
Dobbs Truck Group is pleased to announce the promotion of Yael Urena to the role of Assistant Director of Service for Dobbs Truck Group. In her role, Yael is responsible for the growth and development of all service departments.
Yael has a 17 year history with Dobbs Truck Group, beginning her journey as a Service Advisor, then moving to Warranty Administrator, followed by a promotion to Warranty Manager. Jonathan Gipson, Dobbs Truck Group Director of Service, stated, "Yael has a strong work ethic and has been a strong driver of excellence for the Warranty Department for the last several years. Yael brings many years of hands-on customer facing experience to this position and will transform our approach."
Yael is married with one child (son). In her free time, Yael enjoys watching Oakland A's baseball, and Las Vegas Raiders football.
